Homestay message
Hi,
My name is Peita and I live in Williamstown, I am a 5 minute walk from Nth Williamstown Railway Station, the train trip into the CBD takes 15 minutes, I am very close to the beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafe's. I have 2 animals , one cat and one dog, I have been accomodating overseas students know for the past 2 years and I find it to be a great experience, for both myself and the students. At present I have 2 rooms available as both my students have just moved out into there own flat after staying with me for the past 3 months. I am quite happy to have either short term being no less than 2 weeks up to long term stays, and the rent would be payable in advance. I am quite happy to do the cooking, and I provide breakfast and lunch which you would prepare yourself.If you are a smoker that is okay outside only. I expect my students to be tidy and polite and respectful as I am to them.
