"5 star" Beautiful large 2 story house with views over Melb, in a very quiet street. Experienced Caring Homestay providers for over 5 years.
There are 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total available to students, and this creates a great sharing atmosphere.
All our rooms are single, but we can accommodate a Twin share or possibly a Queen bed in the room if we have a couple.
Top quality large clean bedrooms, heating & cooling. Fully furnished, bed with all linen, bedside table, bed & desk lights, large desk, chair, wardrobes and drawers. Wireless Internet is included.
There is a great Student Lounge area, including a large plasma TV with Foxtel & DVD’s, games, as well as a fridge available for your snacks and drinks.
Bus or train is an easy walk from the end of our street, and we are well suited for Holmsglen Tafe, Monash Clayton or Caulfield, Deakin University and MBIT in Burwood, Swinburn Hawthorn, or the city.
We have travelled extensively, and our son Tim, 29 years old, who is a computer expert, also lives with us. My home cooked dinners are very popular – just read our guest book for all the great comments!
We are praised mostly for the lovely family atmosphere, the great food and fabulous house, the evenings of conversation after dinner, with the mutual feeling of loss when people eventually have to leave us. We have had the pleasure of over 140 guests in the last 6 years.
We speak English, but often have Chinese and Korean students in the house. We are caring and supportive, and invite you to join our house and our hospitality.
