Hi there,

I have 1 fully furnished room available in a modern 4 bedroom house. The house is located 1 min away from the Train station and 1 min walk to the bus stop. The house is located very close to the major universities and is just 5 mins by train to Monash campus in Caufield and clayton. Close to holmesglen moorabbin and chadstone.

Currently have two chinese students living with me.one boy and one girl. I have a nice bedroom available.

Includes all the modern facilities like telephone, wireless, heating, plasma etc etc.

The house also has a front yard and a huge backyard for barbeques and all..
