Homestay message
We are a friendly family of 5, Mum is Debra, and four children: ages 19, 16, 14, and 11. We have a large house overlooking a pretty parkland and a creek in the north of Melbourne close to the city. There is public transport by bus and tram to the city. You can also ride a bike on the bike track all the way into Univ of Melb or RMIT.
We live close to a large shopping centre and close to the airport, and very easy access by freeway and tram to the city.
We have plenty of room for privacy as we have a large house with lots of space, and plenty of nice outdoor areas too. We have hosted students and find the cultural exchange a great experience for all of us.
We eat healthy food, and are a casual household where there is always plenty going on, and we love to show people around our wonderful city. We have wireless broadband internet and large comfortable bedrooms with built in robes, bookshelves and desk.
Lots of great opportunities to learn better English and experience what Australian families are all about.
